Tar.Ox conversion kits are designed to offer balanced braking in conjunction with the remaining OEM components.  The multi piston calipers spread the braking force evenly over a large pad to keep local temps down, preventing fade from developing, no matter how hard the brakes are used.  No other changes are required to master cylinders, boosters, proportioning valves etc.

The Tar.Ox calipers are machined from billet aluminum, and are beautifully finished.   They are extremely stiff, and very light.  The calipers pictured below weigh only 8 pounds with pads installed. 

These calipers are suitable for track use.  There also are special endurance racing kits available for F40 and 360 Modena.
